About the Role

This is a Team Executive Assistant role, supporting a team of executives on a particularly fast paced team! Day to day includes

  • Back to back diary management

  • Global travel logisctics

  • Expenses

  • Liaising with clients and LPs

  • Various ad hoc administration duties

Requirements

  • 1-5 years' experience as a Team Assistant, PA or EA, ideally within financial services or equally fast paced industries

  • Degree preferred but not essential

  • Someone who enjoys being in the the office every day

  • Confident communicator
