About the Company
HAIL Partners is working with a global Private Equity on a Senior Human Capital Business Partner. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees across EMEA, delivering end-to-end human capital support. The position sits within a global HC team and balances strong regional ownership with global collaboration.
About the Role
Partner with the respective client group senior leaders across EMEA, providing strategic and day-to-day guidance.
Own and deliver all aspects of the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, promotions, compensation and ER.
Lead and execute regional HC initiatives such as org design, change management, integration activity and engagement programmes.
Act as a coach and advisor to managers & employees, building strong, trusted relationships.
Contribute to global HC projects, ensuring regional requirements are reflected in firm-wide initiatives.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in a Human Capital Business Partner or HR Generalist role within financial services (Private Markets preferred).
Strong knowledge of UK & EU employment law and immigration.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organisation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Highly detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
