About the Company

HAIL Partners are working with a global Private Equity firm who are seeking an Office / Executive Assistant Manager based in London. This is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the London HQ, while also playing a key role in harmonising Executive Assistant support across international offices.

About the Role

  • Oversee the full spectrum of office management, facilities, and reception operations.

  • Manage and support 11 Support stafff including Executive Assistants and FoH staff.

  • Ensure the group is adequately resourced, supported, and performing effectively.

  • Act as the main point of coordination with other global offices, ensuring consistency and efficient communication.

  • Oversee workload allocation, team performance, and problem-solving as needed.

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintaining a best-in-class environment for employees and visiting partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement across facilities and office operations.

  • Partner closely with Human Capital on reviews, performance conversations, compensation processes, and year-end messaging.

  • Contribute to global harmonisation of EA standards, expectations, and talent experience across all offices.

  • Maintain close coordination with Exec Committee to ensure alignment and consistency.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Executive Assistant teams and office operations within a professional, fast-paced environment.

  • Confident, proactive, and able to influence and collaborate across multiple offices and stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational, people management, and communication skills.

  • A natural leader who thrives in a role with both operational and strategic oversight.
